Lights over kitchen sink – to install or not to install? That is an excellent question! If you are on the fence, like I was, I think this post will help. I have collected some very chic lights over kitchen sink ideas to inspire you!

I have to be honest; I do not love recessed lighting. We have them in our kitchen because they are necessary for cooking, but I have them on a dimmer to adjust them. Sometimes, I don’t need to see the dust bunnies that look like tumbleweeds rolling across the kitchen floor.

As shown in the photo above, we installed the Aerin Clemente Wall Light from Visual Comfort over our kitchen sink. It provides perfect ambient lighting. I love the way it looks against the Alabaster white walls and with the marble. We went through about ten light blubs trying to find the lighting I wanted, but I was thrilled with it when I finally did. I love the way it looks in the mornings and evenings. It is just enough light.
